Q: How do I get my e-mail addresses to you?
A: E-Mail Addresses are submitted in Excel. We provide you an Excel Worksheet for your convenience. If you use Top Producer, Outlook or other contact management program that EXPORTS into Excel, you may submit your e-mail addresses via your own Excel Worksheet. Just be sure to use the format used on our Excel Worksheet.

Q: When do newsletters go out?
A: Newsletters go out the first week of every month, usually between the 4th and the 6th. Holidays like July 4th and Labor Day require that we send newsletters out earlier. We send out Notices and Reminders every month to keep you abreast of e-mail address submission and deadline dates.

Q: Are my e-mail addresses sold?
A: No. The e-mail addresses you submit to CDN are used only for the express purpose of sending your eNewsLetter to your customers. Your e-mail addresses are in a secure database and are never sold, leased or used for any other purpose.

Q: I don't have a lot of e-mail addresses. How many can I start out with to be effective, and how do I collect e-mails to build a sizeable database?
A: You can start out with as few as 50 e-mail addresses to be effective. The key is to add to your database as you move forward to insure success. The best place to start collecting e-mail addresses is your Sphere of Influence, your friends, family, colleagues and associates. Secondly, ask members of business or networking associations that you are a member of for their e-mail addresses or business cards. Third, ask every customer you come in contact with to sign up for your newsletter. Open Houses are a great way to collect e-mail addresses as are contests and promotions.

Q: Can my recipients unsubscribe if they do not want to receive my newsletter? Am I notified if they unsubscribe?
A: Yes. There is an Unsubscribe Link at the bottom of the newsletter that allows recipients to automatically unsubscribe themselves from your database. You receive a Database Report every other month that indicates who has unsubscribed.

Q: Do you provide Reports?
A: We send you Database Reports every other month detailing e-mail address recipients of your newsletter as well as unsubscribes. We send Bounce Reports once every quarter detailing Bounces, bad e-mail addresses and those rejected by Spam filters that came back undeliverable. We ask that you have us delete your Bounces if you are unable to submit corrections for them.

A: No. Our newsletter utilizes a proprietary template for all customers with all articles pre-set into the template.

Q: Is this a customized newsletter?
A: No, it is not customized in the sense that your information can be placed anywhere on the newsletter.
We utilize a propritetary template for all client newsletters with four areas personalized to you:
The Header - Your photo, Name, Phone number and website are displayed.
The Signature - Your name is synthesized into a signature and added to the closing of each month's introduction
Contact Information Block - All your professional information: Your logo, company info, phone numbers, e-mail address, web site, awards, achievements, slogans and static message are all in one place.
The Links Section - Your choice of links, no limit. When we set up your newsletter we capture the most often used RealtorŪ links and add them for you.

Q: Do you allow Teams?
A: Yes, so long as your photo is a Team Photo and a single Team Database is used.

Q: Can I add my personal logo, slogan, achievements, awards, links and a personal message?
A: Yes, so long as the items above become a PERMANENT part of your newsletter. We cannot add items one month then take them out later.

Q: Can I update my photo later?
A: Sure. We ask that you keep photo updates to a minimum however. One photo change per 14 month term is fine.

Q: What does your eNewsLetter Service cost?
A: $350 for 14 months with 2 Pay Options:
Pay Option 1 - Pre-Pay and receive a 10% Discount, lowering your cost to $315
Pay Option 2 - Pay $100 to get started which includes your first month's service, then $22.75/month debited to your credit card.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellation Policy: Subscriber may cancel at any time with 30 days acknowledged e-mail notice.
Payment Option 1 subscriptions will be cancelled by crediting on a pro-rated basis any unused months less $100 for Initial Set Up.
Payment Option 2 subscriptions will be cancelled the month following acknowledged receipt of 30 day cancellation notice.
