New Subscribers:
New Subscribers may cancel within 7 days after their first newsletter has gone out for a full refund.
Cancellation request must be made via e-mail.
Cancellation request is finalized only by acknowledged acceptance of your request and approval in the form of an e-mail reply from Contact Direct Services, LLC.
After 7 days, a $100 Set Up Fee will be retained from initial subscription payment and balance credited to client's credit card for Payment Option 1 subscribers. Contact Direct.Net invests considerable time and resources setting up your database, gathering source data and building your newsletter.

Current Subscribers:
Current Subscribers may request cancellation with 30 days e-mail notice.
Cancellation request is finalized only by acknowledged acceptance of your request and approval in the form of an e-mail reply from Contact Direct Services, LLC.
Payment Option 1 subscriptions will be cancelled by crediting back on a pro-rated basis any unused months less $100 Service Fee.
Any credit due will be issued to subscriber's credit card.
Payment Option 2 subscriptions will be cancelled the month following acknowledged receipt of 30 day cancellation notice.
