E-Mail addresses provided to us by our clients will not be sold, leased or used for any purpose other than keeping our clients in communication with their customers. We at ContactDirect.Net value you and your clients' privacy as much as you do.

Spam Policy — The purpose of ContactDirect.Net eNewsLetters is to generate response, leads and referrals by keeping our clients in ongoing touch over time with their Past and Current Clients, Prospects and Sphere of Influence (family, friends, colleagues, business and non-business associates). This assumes "prior contact and/or an established relationship" between our client and the individuals in their database.

ContactDirect.Net will not knowingly send eNewsLetters on behalf of our clients to individuals with whom they do not have "prior contact and/or an established relationship".

"Prior contact and/or an established relationship" is defined by ContactDirect.Net to mean an individual who has done business with our client, contacted our client regarding real estate matters or inquired about our client's products or services and offered their e-mail address for the purpose of future communication with our client. We will not mass e-mail to blind lists or purchased lists.

If we feel a client is submitting randomly gathered e-mail addresses we reserve the right to suspend service until our client can prove they have prior contact and/or an established relationship with individuals on their mailing list in a manner satisfactory to ContactDirect.Net. We reserve the right to terminate service to any client who we deem to be engaged in spamming.

Reasons for suspension and possible termination of service include but are not limited to:

multiple inquiries into how recipients e-mail addresses were acquired.
multiple number of removal requests.
multiple number of Spam complaints from recipients to our ISP for a particular client.
